to build on; neither will the surrounding area. In many respects
this is all part of its intrinsic appeal. The investment you
are making is back into the environment, preserving an area
of woodland in perpetuity that can help counteract the ‘Carbon
Footprint’ that we all create in our every day lives –
when we heat our homes, drive our cars and travel to work. It’s
a fabulous opportunity to put something back, whilst at the
same time enjoying a beautiful woodland haven that you can call
your own.
Having said all of this agricultural land and woodland has
increased dramatically in value over the past 10 years. A
trend that seems set to continue. In fact we are so confident
that you won’t lose money, we are happy to make a special
offer of goodwill. If you ever grow tired of your woodland
retreat, at any time in the future, we will resell your freehold
interest on your behalf, for at least the price that you originally
paid. All we will charge for this service is a small fee of
£500, plus any legal costs. And the chances are that
the value of your woodland may have gone up – so who
knows you may even make a small profit.
